Westinghouse CO-4 Step-Time Overcurrent Relay

N.O.S.  New Old Stock.  From industrial plant closing shelf stock.  Relay box was opened and relay was prepped for install - never installed.  Relay is new - unused and undamaged.  Original box is included but faded, stained and missing flaps.  Relay for sale is pictured - entirely.
The type CO-4 relay is used in applications that require a steptype current vs. time characteristics. A typical application is as an overcurrent relay that is to coordinate with a type DS circuit breaker or a circuit breaker with similar tripping characteristics.
