Upon inspection of the device,
I noticed significant scuffs and scratches on the body of the device.
Most ports and connectors are in good condition.
The ports and screws have corrosion and rust present. (see pictures #6-8)
Some of the screw casings are slightly bent.
Some of the screws are missing.
There are heavy scuffs on the top of the device.
There are heavy scratches on the corners of the device.
I was able to power on the device using a standard power cord with bare wire on the end connected to an in-house power terminal (not included).
I was able to test the display to be working.
I was able to test the Target reset, meter, events, status, other, set, cntrl and group buttons working.
The soft keys are nonfunctional.
No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources.
The device is sold as is for parts, repair or as a partially-working item.
No power terminal is included.
