Used, not without scratches and some wear.  All Options are enabled.  Internal calibration good!  Unit will come with a fresh NIST Certification which will be performed after the sell and before it ships to you (so the calibration will be real fresh when you get it).  Instrument is working quite well.
NO battery or charger.  Both, a brand new battery and charger, can be added for 00 (and about a two week delay).
Any issues or failures will be covered by a 90 day repair warranty (assuming instrument is not dropped, opened, or otherwise abused).
