    Grease Pump H.D. Portable Manual Lever Hand Operated Vintage USA.  Can be filled with cartridge or by the zirk fitting on top from High Volume Heavy Duty Air Operated Grease Pump air charged large shop grease drum (gas stations-auto service workshops) as I did.  Included will be extra flex hose with tip and firm straight pipe with fitting tip, that was never used.  Working vintage USA.
