Description
This set is ideally suited to providing an emergency lighting system that steps in when the power goes out. Attaching the module to a 15VAC mains connection (via a transformer) the circuit monitors the level and charges a battery that you connect. It maintains this charge continuously until the AC supply faulters. The on-board relay then triggers switching the through connections power supply over to the battery. Furthermore, to save on electricity and needlessly lighting the light, an onboard light sensor ensures that when it is light enough the light stays off.
