You are looking a set of S scale etched steam locomotive tools.   These also work with Sn3 locomotives. The set includes 2 ash/coal picks.  The picks are cut from the fret using stainless steel cutting shears.  Use CA to attach the picks to the steam locomotive.  These picks would be found in the tender most of the time.  I use them on my PBL Sn3 locomotives and they compliment the other details of the engines very nicely. The material is stainless steel and is ridiculously sturdy compared to thin etched brass. You will not bend this part out of shape by accident.
