Returns
All items must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
Items returned without an RMA will be ineligible for a return.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. After 30 days all sales are considered final.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the equivalent of shipping and fees if that amount exceeds the 20%.
There are NO returns on electrical items.
